We have developed a specially designed submission route for entrepreneurs.  

Please only submit concepts that are:

• a significantly differentiated solution to an identified consumer need

• supported by information to substantiate its claims of effectiveness

Please tell us the details of the approach you are taking to ensure your product meet all regulations.

At this stage please only share non-confidential information about how the product is differentiated. This will allow us to review the idea and determine interest reasonably quickly.

To keep this process working smoothly confidentiality agreements will not be signed before an initial submission.

If we later find that we also need to know confidential information to fully assess your concept, then we will arrange for a confidentiality disclosure agreement to be signed by both parties.

Please do not send samples at this stage. If your initial application is successful we will ask for samples when we need them.
