What happens next?

	We will acknowledge receipt of your completed questionnaire within 5 working days
	Your completed questionnaire will then go through our rigorous internal evaluation process
	We will contact you within 5 weeks of receipt of your completed questionnaire with the outcome of that evaluation and proposed next steps.
	If successful, we would then ask you to complete our terms and conditions outlining the exclusivity and royalty requirements or the introductory fee we propose.
